EXPLOSION OF FLAVOURS (80x240 cm)
In the ‘Explosion of flavours’ series, the grapes and bunches of grapes are brightly coloured and the flavours and aromas splash off the canvas. Each grape or cup has its unique shape, colour palette and degree of processing, and each is beautiful to look at individually. The placement of the 3D jars or cups was not chosen at random, you may wonder if the jars were full of paint and how they ‘fell over’ and spread their colours on the canvas. The incidence of the sun makes these works different every moment of the day. The paintings also appeal in side view.
Clients and interested parties often give their own meaning to these 3D works: for them, they can also be flowers, flavours or perfumes that can come from food or just beautiful colour combinations to look at.

DISCOVERY OF FLAVOURS (40x40 cm / 80x80 cm)
In the ‘Discovery of flavours’ series, the grapes are coloured. They reveal their first flavours. Each grape has its own unique shape, like the wine tasting bowls of days gone by, and each one is beautiful to look at.
The incidence of the sun or artificial light create surprising shadow effects next to or under the paintings. These works are also beautiful and surprising along the side, in a narrow corridor or on a cupboard.
ORIGIN OF FLAVOURS (40x40 cm / 60x80 cm)
In the ‘Origin of flavours’ series, the grapes or recycled materials are white, they have not yet or just been picked and have yet to reveal their flavours. The background is formed by vineyards as seen from the air.
The combinations and creative possibilities of this are endless and can even be worked out co-creatively with the customer according to numbers, colour, shape and size of the work.
